Yes, our land are very fertile, suitable and legally acquired with no issues and are not under government acquisition. Most clients have been making profitable, peaceful use of their farms for up to 10 years in some of our locations.
Some of our farmland comes with registered survey while some are freehold but none is under government acquisition. Deed of assignment and receipt are what you get from after payment for the lands.
We have different farm locations specifically for you so that it enables you to be able to cultivate the crop/livestock well suited for that particular location. For instance,cocoa is not well suited in ogbomoso,ilorin but in ijebu-igbo So if it’s cocoa you are interested in cultivating,you can choose any of our locations in ijebu-igbo. If you are also interested in cashew, any of our locations in Oyo state that’s well suited for it and you can maximize returns. The lands are also well suited for cattle,sheep and goats production.
